Fahim Ahmed, our VP of Professional Services, has been with SFI since 2016. An invaluable member of the leadership team, helping to move SFI forward with integrity and thoughtful leadership. Fahim has over 15 years of experience in design, deployment, and operation of IT security solutions for government and corporate clients. Fahim is the most well-rounded individual you could ever ask to work with.
Steven Dowler
Steven Dowler, Director of Operations, the newest member of the leadership team joining in 2022, has over 20 years of experience implementing and managing some of the nation’s most complicated programs. Equally comfortable leading a team of technical individuals or reading a corporate balance sheet, Steven is always ready to dig in and move the needle forward to ensure our clients’ success.
Lavone Lee
Lavone Lee, our Technical Director, is a graduate from George Mason University in Computer Science, and has been with Second Factor, Inc (SFI) since 2018. Bringing more than 15 years of experience to the table, Lavone directly supports one of our nation’s most important agencies. Lavone has a calm demeanor and knowledge that has helped shape SFI, and with each technical challenge faced, better prepares us for tomorrow.
